Local Students Compete in State HOSA Competition
Two local HOSA teams compete at high levels. West Valley High School HOSA students attended their first state competition last week to compete in various events related to allied health careers. They represented Career and Technical Education with class.
Additionally, The STEM Academy at SVT will be sending five students to the national HOSA competition in Dallas, Texas this summer. Seth Anderson, Alyssa Hilfiker, Lindsay Chermak, Claire Brock and Grant Hill qualified in the Creative Problem Solving and Forensic Medicine events at the recent state conference. We wish them good luck this summer!
