Jennifer has over 25 years in the food industry. Her first job was at a Raxx Restaurant in Spokane which she had when she was 16 years old. She also worked Pagliacci Pizza in Seattle, and a small upscale restaurant in Spokane which is now closed. Jennifer went to culinary school at Inland Northwest Culinary Academy (SCC) and also owned her own catering business for three years. Jennifer also worked at Fairchild Air force base as a contractor teaching military cooks how to prepare advanced recipes. She also worked at Prestige Elder care as the food service director for the assisted and independent living community. In between food service jobs, Jennifer also worked at World Market in Spokane for seven years, becoming the General Manger for five years.
